AI answers, document reasoning, vendor research and voice transcription are built for activation but remain inactive until the secure AI connection is configured and tested. Proposed record changes are designed for owner review before they are applied.

This is the Godfrey Home Assistant within the Housebook. It does not currently control or monitor HVAC, locks, alarms, cameras, leak detectors or other home devices.

The Owner Housebook and home assistant software are included with the house offering. Ask for a walkthrough that shows the actual dashboard, available records and the steps for your household to take ownership.
The handover should confirm account access, hosting and any AI service costs, data and document transfer, and which records still need verification. AI activation and ongoing connected services require separate setup. The current private owner workspace stays protected during marketing.
Recorded equipment details and reminders depend on the information entered. Regional weather is context rather than a property sensor feed. The system supports your household and service professionals; it does not perform physical maintenance or emergency monitoring.
